Can I return a product if I no longer want it?
If you changed your mind and no longer want the product, please let us know within 14 days upon your receipt at norikointl@earthlink.net or 818 830-0839. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods of shipping fee, we will refund cost of the item.
How long does it take to get a refund?
We aim to refund all returns 7 working days after we have received the item.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item or damaged?
Please accept our sincere apologies if you have received an incorrect item or damaged item. Please contact us within 14 days upon your receipt at norikointl@earthlink.net or 818 830-0839, in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we choose the best course of action.
How do I arrange a return?
We will need to know your Invoice number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. Upon receipt of these details we will provide you with a returns authorization number and all the necessary information to arrange the return.
Please package the item securely and ensure our returns authorization number is included inside. You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.
Why do I need to provide a photographic evidence / doctor’s certificate if I’ve had an allergic reaction?
In some cases we may require further information, unfortunately not every return claim made is legitimate and we need to ensure evidence is provided by customers. This allows us to provide our customers with the best service possible.
Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?
We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
-If we sent you the wrong or damaged item
We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
